Blue Fish was created with one goal in mind, “Complete Customer Satisfaction”. Our owners Gary Lam & Tom Lin took their years of restaurant experience and set out to bring the ultimate Japanese dining... experience to the heart of Long Island.
From the second you walk through our towering 10’ hand-made doors, you will notice our atmosphere is different than any other Japanese restaurants around. The first seating area is our Lounge, which features a fully illuminated Honey Onyx Bar. The glow of orange light from the bar along with the warm red lighting makes the lounge the “Red Room”. Also in the lounge you will find large cozy booths as well as tables with comfy lounge chairs for you and your friends to kick back and relax on. Our bar features a full range of top shelf liquors, hot sake, a wide selection of chilled sake, wines and along with a great selection of draft and bottled beers.
Prefer a quiet and intimate dining experience? Have a seat in our dining room behind the lounge area. The cool blue lighting makes the dining room the “blue room”. Hop on one of the comfortable high bar chairs in front of the sushi bar and watch our executive chef Raymond make his artistry. Look through the menu and you’ll find unique creations by our chef that are beautifully presented, and be sure to look for specials that are only available for a limited time that are not on the menu. Be sure to try our delicious desserts after your meal, or head back to the lounge to party late into the night.
